Accepting organizations that accept Type 1 Specified Skilled Workers must create a plan (Type 1 Specified Skilled Worker Support Plan) outlining the implementation of support for the foreign worker's professional, daily, or social life so that the foreign worker can stably and smoothly carry out their "Type 1 Specified Skilled Worker" activities, and must provide support based on that plan. The implementation of the Type 1 Specified Skilled Worker Support Plan can be carried out by the accepting organization, or it can be entrusted to a registered support organization.
